BRINGGG...the worst sound in the morning is most probably my alarm. But it seems to sound even worse on a Sunday morning at 5:45am. Yes that's right I was up really early raring to go. A quick breakfast, trainers on and out I went on my run. It was quite chilly outside but on the whole the weather was pleasant. I prefer to run in pairs or groups of 3 as it not only gives you some company but also it helps motivate you. On our run we thought we would head off into Heaton park. On our 5 minute break we went down to the pond where we bumped into some beautiful swans. It was then back to running. On the whole we ran for 2 hours (by run I mean a slightly faster jog at times).
It is so important to keep fit and healthy. What do you all do to keep active?
