Get your health on!!!

So as the Easter holidays have started for most of you try not to indulge in too many chocolate eggs. As tempting as it may be try to limit yourself. To keep fit I go on regular runs. But it's good to start small. Go on walks for 30 minutes then set yourself goals throughout the weeks leading up to summer. Be realistic not all of us will end up looking like Kendall Jenner so do not be too disappointed. Also don't forget about your diet. I do not mean starve yourself! I mean eat balanced meals and don't forget breakfast!!! I hope everyone is keeping fit this Easter!
